Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coupage
This is a medium-mild fruity and balanced oil, given that it combines the flavour of different varieties of olive. Its pleasant and mild hint of fruit makes it ideal for using raw in cold soups and vegetable purées. Available in an organic variety.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Picual variety
The extra virgin olive oil resulting from the Picual olive has great personality and an intense flavour. Therefore it is often used raw, on toast, in a salad, or with a carpaccio or tartar.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Hojiblanca variety
This variety of olive mostly originates from Andalusia. It has a wide range of flavours, with the sweet and fruity flavours being most notable. It is spicy in the throat, with an almond after-taste. It is very versatile in the kitchen, so much so that it is the most frequently sold extra virgin olive oil in Spain.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
This unfiltered extra virgin olive oil preserves all of the natural essence of the olive, with a somewhat turbid appearance due to the presence of microparticles of olive pulp, which provide a characteristic colour, smell and flavour. It is slightly more aromatic, fresh and fruity, with a mild hint of bitterness and spice.
